Rape forces a living breathing person, who feels both physical and mental pain, to go through total hell for no reason other than because a rapist chooses to commit a horrible act.

Child molestation steals the innocence of a person who does not understand what is happening or why, and ruins the rest of their life because they are irreperably scared and traumatized.

Abortion stops the growth of, and removes, a small group of cells. These cells do not feel pain, the are not sad or angry or hurt, they do not think, they have no rights to exist inside a body that does not want them there, and the owner of said body should not be forced to carry and raise a child that they do not want or cannot properly care for. Adoption is of course another good option if it’s the later, but people (because, you know, that’s what women are) shouldn’t be forced to live for almost ten months with something completely unwelcome using their body as a host and a food source. A fetuses is not a human, it has the potential to become one. A woman is a human, and if she doesn’t want to carry and give birth to a child, then mind your own god damned business and stay away from her uterus.

I do not understand how one could possibly make those comparisons. Some people really did fall out of the ignorance tree and hit every branch on the way down.
